Before he was the dad blasting music at school drop-off, he was just a kid thrilled to be done with high school and excited for his summer lifeguard job. Then he met my mom, and the rest is history. He didn't have a blueprint for a family, but he certainly laid the foundation. And I love that he still shows up. Every single time.”
