Yes. If you prefer not share your first name, write “Anonymous” in the “Subject’s Name” field.

Yes. You’re welcome to submit photos from your personal collection to be archived.
Each photo will be documented and assigned a unique Archive ID. Your collection will also be recorded as a group, with select messages from the backs included as part of the archive.
Identities will not be displayed individually unless permission has been granted by the person pictured.

Send a wallet-sized school portrait and follow the prompts on the form. If you’d like, add a brief memory or story — appreciated, but not required.

• Single-photo submissions must be 2×3 inches or smaller (wallet size)
• Full sheets are accepted (sizes may vary)
• 3×5, 5×7, or larger prints are not accepted
