Submission Guidelines

If you submit a photo and story:

  • It may be shared online, in print, or in future exhibitions.

  • You keep ownership of your image and words.

  • You’re giving Wallet Sized permission to display and archive your submission.

  • Only wallet-sized school portraits are accepted at this time.

  • Please only submit what you’re comfortable making public.

  • You must be 18 or older to participate.

  • By submitting a photo and story, you understand that your contribution may be shared online, in print, and in future exhibitions connected to the project.

  • You keep ownership of your photo and words.

    By participating, you give Wallet Sized permission to display, share, and archive your submission as part of the project, now and as it evolves.

  • By submitting, you confirm that you are the person pictured and that you have permission to share the image and accompanying text for inclusion in Wallet Sized.

  • Your personal contact information will never be made public and will only be used in connection with managing your submission.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • All submissions are the responsibility of the person who provides them.

    You agree to hold Wallet Sized harmless from any claims arising from content you submit.

    Terms and project details are subject to change. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • Wallet Sized is built from shared memories and good faith participation. If you see a photo of yourself in the archive and would prefer it not be shared, please contact us and it will be removed. No harm is intended.
